Yet ANOTHER win in a challenge to the Obamacare mandate for abortifacients and contraceptives – but this time it’s not just a faith-based business who is celebrating.
This most recent challenge was brought by Missouri State Senator Paul Weiland and his wife Theresa. It’s the first time a court has ruled that INDIVIDUALS have the right to opt out of the mandate because doing so would force them to, in effect, provide abortifacients and contraceptives to their teenage daughters.
The 8th Circuit Court deserves a “Good on Ya” for handing down this unanimous decision!
