Did the FOX News Channel give a truly “Fair and Balanced” report on why the recommend Planned Parenthood SHOULD be teaching Sex Education in public schools?”
They cited a report from the Guttmacher Institute claiming that only 70% of public schools are giving kids proper sex ed. In California, Sex Ed instruction is actually NOT mandatory . . . but that’s not the way public schools seem to act. (For the record 96% of California public schools DO teach sex ed)
