Almost one year ago today, San Diego Padres pitcher Jon Edwards was diagnosed with testicular cancer and told he needed surgery plus chemotherapy. But against his doctors’ orders, he refused chemo in hopes that one day he and his wife would be come parents.
Today Jon and Katelyn Edwards are the proud parents of a newborn son, Benjamin!
