On Pearl Harbor Day, Remembering FDR’s Declaration of War

Today marks the 74th anniversary of the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor. I’ll compare FDR’s address (from 8 December 1941) to President Obama’s comments from last night as a gauge for how much America has changed during that time.
