A restaurant owner in San Antonio is facing at least $2000 in fines for violating a city ordinance for distributing food to the poor . . . and, in spite of the fact that this woman runs a legitimate non-profit on the side to handle this sort of thing, I’ll explain why I believe the city got this one right!
